Kathleen as easy to work with, able to produce the video in a very short period on time which was necessary. Video is outstanding and the cost was less than I was expecting.

Kathleen wasn’t able to meet my deadline and no communication as far as the status of working on the project was given. I was very surprised by her actions based on other reviews and a positive initial phone call we had. When she finally responded via email (24 days later), she stated she was very busy with other projects. Was my project not as important? Kathleen was WONDERFUL to work with! I hired her to create a video for a virtual company event I have coming up. I was able to speak with her about my vision for the completed video, let her know what raw footage I would be sending and get a quote for the project over the phone. She was very Thorough in her questions as she was starting the project to make sure every detail was taken into consideration. She was able to get the first draft of the video to me quickly and make requested adjustments. I had the final 90 min video within 4 days of me sending all the required material. Working with her was so easy, my manager actually requested Kathleen to do an additional project just after seeing the draft of the first one!

I received a bid from Kathleen to finish a video editing I needed for a film piece. Kathleen assured me she could do the work, and I hired her. She asked for $100 deposit and the rest upon completion. I paid her $100 via paypal. Time passed and Kathleen was overworked and didnt get to do my project. Recently, Kathleen made amends, (thank you Kathleen), so even though I didnt actually use her service, at least she made things right, so I will give her a five star. More...

I had a short deadline and was having anxiety from trying to do the work myself and also from depending on a friend that ultimately let me down. I had a vision, all the photos, video and audio clips but just needed someone to put it all together in a meaningful video to share at my mother’s memorial service.

One sleepless night, I got on Thumbtack to see if someone was willing to help me on short notice (1 week before the event).
My first response was from KBVideoMemories. Based on the reviews and prompt responses I felt comfortable and confident that I could still pull this task off.
