What inspired you to start your own business?
I became a Holistic Life coach because I want to help people live a life of purpose and joy. I wish for everyone to experience a deep connection to self. I want to contribute to the collective consciousness. I went into coaching because I wanted to make peace with my past, with my inner critic and with so many other things. I wanted to understand myself better so that I could have a deeper connection with myself and everything around me.
For years, I struggled with anxiety, self-doubt, and a nervous system shaped by stress and past experiences. No amount of positive thinking created lasting change. Then I found PSYCH‑K® — and for the first time I experienced a deep sense of healing and transformation at the root.
Today, I help others rewire limiting beliefs and subconscious patterns so they can experience the freedom, confidence, and fulfillment they’ve been searching for.
