I do NOT recommend attorney John F. Waldron at all.At the beginning, they are extremely attentive and friendly while they are trying to get you to sign and pay, but once they receive the money, everything changes completely. I referred this attorney to a friend, and now that he is already a client and has important questions about his case, nobody gives him clear information, nobody responds, and they practically ignore him. The most outrageous part is that after already paying thousands of dollars, they still want to charge him for ANOTHER consultation just to speak with the attorney about HIS OWN case.It is unbelievable how little attention and consideration they give to people who trust them with something as important as immigration matters. The communication is terrible, and the client support is extremely disappointing.If you are looking for an immigration attorney who will actually be there for you after taking your money, honestly, look somewhere else.No recomiendo para nada al abogado John F. My husband has been detained for a while by ICE and was transferred to San Antonio Texas. We have another attorney but hired Mr. Waldron for a Habeas Corpus. He has been very helpful and attentive to our needs. He always answers or calls right back, even if I message him he calls asap. He has went to see my husband twice in the Detention center and even prayed with him. He is very down to earth and straight forward. I would recommend him over and over again to anyone. I swear this review is true and not false. This lawyer lied to me for five years. I always paid him. I had an affirmative asylum case and needed to apply online on the USCIS website, but he kept telling me to wait for the court. I wasted my money and my time getting an F1 visa with Dr Waldron. It took me 18 months to find out in the end that I was his first client for this type of visa.
