Bookkeeping
Our firm offers full back office support for reconciliations, classification and tabulation for financial statements and tax returns.
Tax Resolution
As a CPA, we work with clients and the IRS on offers in compromise, payment plans and settlement options and discussions. From forms to finalization, we stay on it.
Tax Preparation
We prepare all taxes relating to individuals, companies, LLC's, partnerships, corporations, trust, estates and S Corps. We assist with financial statement preparation, quarterly estimates and tax filings. We also work with payroll, payroll taxes, sales taxes, IFTA, and other taxe.
Business Accounting Services
We complete compilations, preparation, audits and reviews. We have monthy client arrangements where we perpare financial data monthly, classify and code, reconcile and communicate tax issues and GAAP reporting.
Audits and Reviews
We work with private companies and non profits in order to prepare audited and reviewed financial statements including the report, financials, footnotes and schedules. We deal with private companies and non profits.
Payroll and Payroll Taxes along with Sales Tax
We prepare payroll for clients, handle the payroll tax filings and EFTPS payments along with Sales Taxes and compliance.
Financial Statements
If your Bank or Lender needs data or you are looking at internal efficiencies, we can assist with monthly accounting and financial statements.
