Mike has over 22 yrs in leadership and training roles, and have supported aspiring to senior leaders through more than 30 courses across the country and internationally.

Mike is an Adjunct Faculty Instructor for leadership development programs, hiring assessor, credentialed as a Certified Executive Coach, and an Employee Assistance Program peer support member.
