Very poor and disrespectful service for such an expense. Scheduled my home for a deep clean to prepare for move in at 7am. They arrived 30 minutes late and did not communicate to contact person. They quickly vacuumed and wipe counter tops but did not clean cabinets, cupboards, stove, microwave and window sill which were charged as extra. Then was dishonest and stated they would be done by 11:30a-12pm to find out they already left by 10am and did not perform the deep clean as agreed upon. It was not until I called the company rep Zee and complained that they sent the cleaners back to finish the job who came another hour of waiting. And on top of that, the cleaners Hilda and Carlos were disrespectful and bad mouthing my wife in Spanish, not knowing that she fully understood what they were gossiping about. They must have assumed because she is Korean that she does not know how to speak/understand Spanish. Would highly never recommend them to anyone. Very poor communication, dishonest, disrespectful and incredibly stressful. I am surprised this business is even active considering how they poorly treat their customers and disrespectfully at that. Here are few more pictures AFTER the service. Don't blame your supplies when I was able to clean these shelves and cabinets with just towel, brush, paper towels and Method all purpose cleaner. You guys had Zep cleaners, when we had asked for child and pet safe supplies. You mean to tell me your $800+ service is worth much less than one person cleaning with minimal and eco friendly supplies. Wtf. Absolutely horrible. TERRIBLE JOB. I paid hundreds of dollars for a "deep clean" and ended up with a dirty house and a broken family heirloom.They were very reluctant to offer any credit against the price, despite my sending them dozens of images of the filth left behind.

Just want to throw this out there- We live in San Clemente so the map listed here isn't correct. Anyways. The cleaning company we'd been using called an hour before the cleaning to inform us they wouldn't be able to make it. As luck would have it we only had yesterday free to get the house cleaned; so, my hunt began. After calling about 8 different highly rated companies who didn't have a crew available I came across this company (they're highly rated and have more reviews on google). It was now almost afternoon so I knew chances of getting someone out were very slim. Angel answered and was very professional and even pleasant to talk to, he told me he'd call a few of a his teams to see if he could get someone out for us and would let me know within the hour. In my experience, probably 8 out of 10 times when a company says they'll call you back within the hour (especially if it's a same day service) you don't end up hearing back from them. I accepted we'd have to get the house cleaned sometime the following week when we next had a few free hours to be home. Sure enough though, an hour later Angel calls and has a team that was willing to come after hours to do a deep clean they'd just have to start a little later than normal. This team of two deep cleaned our 5200sqft home and made it f'ing SHINE. They worked their butts off and the house looked beyond amazing; better than any crew we've ever had come through our home. There was no half assing anything, no matter what was on a counter top they moved it carefully and cleaned under it, cleaned under every piece of furniture, wiped down baseboards, polished our tile & wooden flooring (which is the majority of the houses flooring) they cleaned the items on the counters- just everything. I feel like what you expect a cleaning to be and how they used to be- this company still does it. I will absolutely be using them from here on out and 100% recommend them. More...

My landlord was so happy with the work that they asked me for their info and I think they are still doing business to this day! They were highlly recommended in a Facebook group that I am in and they did not disappoint. Also with all of my moving costs I was on a bit of a budget and they worked with me every step of the way.
