What inspired you to start your own business?
Honestly, starting my own business was something I’d thought about for years while working in Corporate America—but I never quite had the courage to make the jump. Let’s be real, financial uncertainty can be a total buzzkill! But my passion for helping small businesses that had zero HR support kept tugging at me.
So, when my last corporate role as CHRO wrapped up, I decided it was finally time to bet on myself. I hit the ground running (and spreading the word), and that’s how Human Insights Consulting came to life. Best decision ever!
