What do you love most about your job?
We love the entire food preparation process...using all of our senses to smelling the fresh herbs, touching crisp produce, hearing the sizzle of onions in hot oil, tasting and adjusting ingredients, and seeing the clients satisfaction of our creative culinary endeavor!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The entrepreneurial drive was encoded in my DNA centuries ago...

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our services are in line with accepted practices for food safety in NY State.
During the height of Covid-19 the staff was required to wear masks and maintain 6 feet of distance when possible. Sanitizing our hands and equipment took on a new meaning.

Our American bistro has been providing services for Columbia and Barnard Universities, CUNY, local Churches, the NYCDOE. and Tech, Marketing, and Financial Companies located in Manhattan.
