I’m lucky I found Leo in a crowded field of coaches with lots of gimmicks. His approach was collaborative, practical. His knowledge in mediation ran deep and was substantive with research. The work we did together made a significant impact on improving my life and gave me a fresh perspective. There was a natural balance of meditation and positivity life coaching. He helped get me on a good path with meditation and taught me how to apply it in everyday life. Each meet was thorough with information, positive and productive. Each week it was easy to see and feel the progress. It's amazing to see the contrast in 4 months and noticed by people around me in personal and work life.Leo listens carefully and takes a genuine interest in improving people’s lives! More...

Leo is a great coach! He's a great listener, and guides you in a way that allows you to reveal your own truths and awaken yourself to the direction you need to go in life. His ability to understand the full range of human emotion, knowledge of the way the mind works, and his meditation practice all inform his approach to getting to the heart of our needs. He's a really good guy all around and makes people feel comfortable. He's easy to talk to and free of judgement, and he's also a pretty smart guy. I'm so glad I reached out to him and would definitely recommend him to anyone. More...

Q&As

Witnessing the transformations that unfolds when small, intentional changes ripple through my clients' lives.

Many of my clients come to me during times of significant transition, seeking steadiness and clarity. They're vulnerable and want a safe place to explore, share, and heal.

It’s so fulfilling to be able to guide them back toward peace and happiness. I love seeing them smile again, watching them rediscover the things that bring them joy and new possibilities.

Most of all, I love seeing how their joy starts to radiate outward — touching their family lives, strengthening connections at work, and inspiring everyone around them. They start to share their happiness with the world around them, so I know the impact is always growing.

The desire to help people feel happier, more peaceful, and more connected to each other. I love what I do. Seeing parents and kids connecting in a workshop, seeing couples find love in new ways, or even hearing from old clients who applied the mindfulness tools to get through a difficult time ... there's nothing more satisfying professionally.

When I saw that I could create safe spaces for people to come together, to connect in new ways, and to try new ways to cultivate happiness, I just knew I needed to share these tools with as many people as possible.

Should I choose a coach or a therapist?

It depends on what kind of support you need.

If you’re dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, or serious mental health concerns, therapy is usually the right place to begin. A therapist is trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions and can help you work through deeper emotional pain.

Coaching is different. Coaching is a good fit when you’re ready to look at what’s happening in your life now, clarify what you want, and take practical steps forward.

As a coach, I help clients navigate stress, relationships, career changes, habits, parenting, purpose, and personal growth. The work is supportive and honest, but also active. We focus on awareness, action, accountability, and meaningful change.

I offer coaching for individuals and for couples. I am not a marriage counselor or therapist.

Choose to work with me only after we talk and we feel we're a good fit. That's first.

There are lots of things that set me apart, including my personal life journey and my professional experience.

I know what it’s like to face life's real challenges. I get it. So I bring a unique empathy, compassion, and practicality to every session.

I have three kids of my own. I also work in a high school environment. So, I know the challenges of parenting and connecting with kids in today's age of screens.

I also know the challenges of life after divorce. It's a painful time, but also a time of healing, redirection, and liberation.

I know what it's like to rebuild, to rediscover, to free oneself, to try again, to find new love, to cultivate peace even in the challenges of everyday life.

Of course, each client is different.

I meet you where you are and guide you toward where you want to be. I do this with heart, wisdom, and real-world experience.

In an age where finding a therapist is so difficult, coaching is a powerful alternative that helps you achieve your specific life goals. We don't look back, we look to the here and now to see what you want. I support you in moving forward.

My approach is rooted in over 20 years of teaching, meditation, workshops, and coaching.

Using tools from the science of positivity, the calm of yoga and meditation, and the art of deep connection, I listen to your unique needs and goals.

Together, we build the clarity, strength, and habits that lead to the life you want to create for yourself.

Yes, I offer online remote coaching. Many of my clients connect through Facetime or Zoom.

To help customers feel safe from Covid, I offer in person and online sessions.
