I searched many other caters, however, when I came across the website for HB Catering, I felt a connection. She was the only one I reached out to and she responded by the next morning. We talked about how she ran a food cart that I drove by for years of my life and never got a chance to try it. The more I talked and I explained the budget, she was willing to work out an amazing deal for us! Not to mention, she had the exact dress I needed for my 5 year old to be my flower girl! The service her and her ladies provided was outstanding and the food was absolutely delicious!! People were going back for thirds and fourths! You won't find a more caring and dedicated caterer than Becca and her crew! She even put my husband to work! If I could I would give her 10 stars! Becca came up with a very good menu for our holiday/birthday party of 33 people. She prepared as much of the food as possible before hand and then cooked several main courses and side dishes mid-party because I wanted things as fresh as possible. She has deep knowledge of how/where to set up the food and drink stations. We really appreciated her experience and steady level of calm during the party.

I have hired HB Catering as Becca was very helpful suggesting a menu and I liked the offering. I have not had the event yet so I can't comment on the outcome.

I was very happy with the tables decoration and the food on our wedding celebration. I decided to work with Becca because I liked how quickly she responded to my messages and how involved she was. She came to the property a week previous to the wedding and helped me a lot with her suggestions on how to display things more effective and nicer.

After striking out on our first two wedding venues, we were super anxious trying to pin down the catering of our wedding over Memorial Day weekend. But the most beautiful divine intervention led us to Becca at HB Catering PDX; It's All Greek to Me. She literally called me within 5-10 minutes of me posting a request on Bark, then was so unbelievably responsive, organized, affordable and professional over the next few months that my bride-to-be and I at first thought it was too good to be true and somehow a scam was in the works. Once we finally chatted on the phone about menu details, any suspicion or uneasiness was quickly dashed forever. Becca had us on the phone for over an hour, articulating her vision for not only the food but also nice little touches involving a color scheme for the flatware, table arrangements, bunting and flowers. After meeting her at the wedding venue, she had tremendous suggestions on how to best use the small space to accommodate our 50 guests and went over all the logistics. So we expanded her role to include wedding planning responsibilities. She was true to her word by the time we got married, over-delivering on both the inventive menu we decided on that included the most delicious Greek cuisine, as well as the look and feel of the venue. With a major assist from her lovely and talented daughter Hailey, we were blown away by all of their touches and over the moon with joy and satisfaction.
