What inspired you to start your own business?
Griffin Resources was born out of a desire to fill a gap we saw time and time again—small to mid-size businesses needing high-quality support without the high overhead of full-time hires or large consulting firms. We saw passionate business owners overwhelmed by payroll, struggling to find the right talent, or stuck in inefficient operations—and we knew there had to be a better way.
