What inspired you to start your own business?
After working at the sustainable landscaping consultancy Roots Down for 3 years, I realized that there was a need for a flexible and affordable sustainable landscaping service that would make sustainable landscaping easy and fun.

All the work we do is outdoors so concerns about COVID are much less for our business. But we have a strict no work policy for those who aren't feeling well. Not only to protect customers, but to keep our employees and contractors healthy and safe.

Regenerative Landscape Design
GreenBox Homes provides regenerative landscape design that transforms ordinary spaces into living ecosystems that are beautiful, abundant, and sustainable. Our approach begins with a holistic understanding of each property, including sunlight, soil health, water flow, and how people want to use the space. From there we design landscapes that work with nature rather than against it.
Typical elements include native plant communities, pollinator gardens, rain gardens, edible plantings, habitat restoration areas, and thoughtfully designed pathways and gathering spaces. Every project is intended to improve biodiversity, manage water naturally, and create outdoor environments that feel both functional and inspiring.
