My first time with Grace Works and I am very pleased. My neighbor has used GraceWorks (person was Evanne) for a while and was pleased, so I scheduled a deep cleaning (4 hrs) with the same person. She arrived 10 mins early (points for her!!) to hear any specifics I needed to tell her and "get the lay of the land." Because of my back and knee issues, I can't do the hard core cleaning of the full shower and shower doors, kitchen and bath floors, and the oven as well as they could be, but she spent the time to do a fine job on my highlighted areas and managed to go over the rest of the house also. Evanne was very focused and experienced, immediately got to work and not a chatty time waster either and that was all much appreciated. Having such a good, committed cleaning job done on my "hard to clean" areas made the price for a deep clean worth it. Grateful More...

GraceWorks is efficient AND friendly in their booking process. It was a delight to set my appointment up while feeling like i was being listened to. The cleaner that did my work was also a lovely person to work with. It isn't comfortable for me to say this though, but I think that feedback should be honest or it isn't helpful to anyone. What was done was done well, but too much was left undone. I gave thorough instructions and let her know that the job didn't need to be perfect, so that should have given comfortable leeway. I think the issue was with time management. She really worked slowly. My house is small, and in the process of moving out, with only a few things to clean around - no major furniture, etc. While she seemed to be taking in my directions, I realize later that several things didn't get done. It's a real head-scratcher when you see such issues like … a nice job being done around the large corner bathtub, then later discover that the tub itself was NOT cleaned. …Toilet was cleaned, but not the floor around it!?! While I’m concerned as to how/when I can finish what needs to be done, I still would recommend this company. Having said that, I would suggest you monitor the work more closely and don't block your appointment in too tightly — there was another job booked right after mine. Been using Grace for a couple years I believe. Same person. She's prompt, polite and puts in a full 2.5 hours. This is a maintenance cleaning so no moving furniture, but well worth it as we have a dog who is a hair making machine.

If you enjoy different people in your house every visit then Graceworks is the place. The turnover rate is HIGH. They say they properly vet them, but they never stick. Only reason I continued service was because one woman was great. They also have poor customer service. 72 hours cancellation notice but they don't answer emails promptly. What inspired you to start your own business?
I was helping a friend cleaning carpets, all organic and natural carpet cleaning, and a client needed some non-toxic cleaning of the rest of the house. I began cleaning for them and learning about green cleaning products and then discovered the best products and practices over the last ten years.
