Been using Grace for a couple years I believe. Same person. She's prompt, polite and puts in a full 2.5 hours. This is a maintenance cleaning so no moving furniture, but well worth it as we have a dog who is a hair making machine.

We have been using Grace Works for several years with marvelous success. Eric, the former owner, who is still with the business thank goodness is pure joy to work with. We could not ask for better customer service. Grace Works is a very well managed business. Employees arrive at their designated homes for cleaning on time every time. They let you know that they are coming the night before by text as well as when they're on the way. They do very good training. I have used housekeepers for years and I must say that the thoroughness and expertise of the work that we receive every two weeks is excellent. In addition, if we have special cleaning projects, we can schedule the work and get it done in a top notch manner. Kallie goes above and beyond. I have hard water and every visit she removes hard water stains from my toilet. She has identified other areas in sink and shower that she will concentrate on next visit. In addition to that she is extremely thorough and efficient in cleaning throughout my home. Great communication on when they are headed over and quick thorough cleaning. I especially appreciate the little touches that help it feel clean like the folded hand towels and decorative touches of paper towels/toilet paper.

They made a big deal about their vacuum breaking and not being able to find mine when it was clearly just sitting in the hallway closet. If you enjoy different people in your house every visit then Graceworks is the place. The turnover rate is HIGH. They say they properly vet them, but they never stick. Only reason I continued service was because one woman was great. They also have poor customer service. 72 hours cancellation notice but they don't answer emails promptly. The owner is rude and I can see why people don't stick around. If you have a one time clean out, maybe good. Consistency and great customer service? No. More...

Grace Works was hired to provide priority cleaning services on a one-time basis, but after they completed the work, we were so satisfied that we decided to hire them on a monthly basis. We made a list of our priorities to be cleaned within a two-hour period of time and they exceeded our expectations. Doug is hands down the best house cleaner I have ever had. He's both efficient and thorough! It feels like he pays attention to cleaning the whole house rather than cleaning the same things over rand over. Best of all, he notices and takes care of small details that add up to a big impact. If the bottom of the garbage can is messy, Doug cleans it. If the trash can is out on the curb, Doug brings it in. If the sauna rocks have fallen out of the heater, they have been put back in.
