We booked a limousine for a family dinner and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our driver, Luis, arrived 15 minutes early at the pickup location, which we really appreciated. We were searching for a white limo for my daughter’s Sweet 16 and couldn’t find one until the very last minute. Thankfully, we reached out to Gold Class Limo, and they truly went above and beyond to make our day special.

We chartered a Party Bus for 20 people.

The good:
- fast responce

The not so good:
- after first agreement signed I was asked to sign again where the mandatory 20% tip was included without explicitly telling me that. This was later excluded but I had to insist.
- Driver showed up late (not too late but still dispatcher wanted to record that driver got there on time when he called) and informed us that he didn't have time to grab ice and offered "to stop by on the way". Understandable but we were informed that with our trip we have very tight schedule and we will face overtime charges for every extra minute.
- The bus condition: not to say that it was poor, but... the floor was sticky, the bar board cracked in the middle, ice container dirty, 30% of lights inside didn't work, bluetooth would not work well if phone was further then 10 ft away from the player.
- The ride: If you imagine limo ride to be smooth - this was definitely not. In the city driver was taking off on stoplights and breaking in a way that you would have to hold on to something not to slide away, in the rural - windy roads would have to hold on to something too. On the way downhill the driver hit upcoming truck mirror-to-mirror so we spent 40 minutes on the road waiting, I get accidents happen, but I if we went slower this could be avoided.
- Driver seemed did not report the incident as dispatcher wanted to record out trip time to include the time we lost in the incident too.

Overall: after the ride most guest felt very dizzy and party kinda died off.
I gave this feedback to the office person but all they said - we won't charge you for the overtime (the only overtime was caused by the accident).
I see lot's of 5 star ratings and reviews and I really hope that our experience was a one off and other people had better. Mine was as I described. More...

Absolutely horrible and the worst limo company I could ever fathom. I had to add a star in order to post this review, but it is really a -80 star company rather than a 1 star company. The limo they sent to us was beat up and looked terrible both inside and out. Paint was missing all over the outside of the vehicle and it looked ghetto. The inside had multiple rips and tears throughout and the tinted windows were wrinkled which looked cheap and gross. The sunroof was nonfunctional and wouldn’t open, and the window the driver normally raises allowing you have privacy in the limo without them being able to hear everything you say, was broken. So it was down the entire time and we got to look at the back of the driver’s head and see her texting and driving the whole trip. The limo we got was absolutely nothing like the photo “James” (undoubtedly a fake name) sent me and said we would have. Also, the music didn’t work and the “party lights” which are supposed to change and blink on and off while rotating through colors was just a cheap string of lights that stayed green the whole time. We were also double charged because the owner or manager “James” is a shady crook and apparently blocks customers numbers after he has taken the billing information over the phone. He is very aggressive and wants you to sign the contract without reading it and wouldn’t let me call him back to complete the booking after I’d read through the contract. This is obviously done because there are a ton of hidden fees and surcharges which aren’t disclosed when he is trying to get your business. I haven’t even mentioned they got is to our location so late that we missed our reservation. The route had obviously not been researched and planned out ahead of time so we ended up going in circles wasting time while the driver tried to pull up Waze or some other directional app. Despite my having sent all of the information with exact addresses for the pickup locations and drop offs well ahead of time and being assured the route would be reviewed for the best time efficiency beforehand. Save your money and go with one of the many other choices you have for limo companies. I haven’t used any others but can pretty much guarantee any one of them is over the top better than Gold Class for quality, professionalism, honesty and efficiency. Waste of hard earned money and well deserved time away to enjoy an evening with friends. More...
