From the get go this has been an absolute amazing experience. Shawn has been so patient and helpful with any questions & concerns I had. He groomed 4 out of 5 of my dogs and they all came home looking their best. He was able to work with my mobility challenged senior dog and make him look like a puppy again. We just moved to El Paso and decided to give Glo’more a try when taking our corgi to get groomed. Shawn went above and beyond! Not only was he able to give us an appointment the next day, but he was also incredibly patient with us when we let him know we were running a bit late. I love the reward of positive enforcement with animals and the absolute joy on their owners faces.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Dr. Tim Monroe from Northland Veterinary Hospital Upstate New York inspired me to own my own business teaching me Vet. tech skills, Veterinary assistant skills and grooming skills with proper handling procedures and animal husbandry. It is the ability to help an animal that cannot speak nor has thumbs to help itself and ability to cross communicate with the animal bringing it great relief, comfort and happiness by solving the puzzle their bodies are telling me upon intake and assessment.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Face masks are to be worn not only for covid 19 but to keep the dog dander, nail filings and loose hair from inhalation while in the studio. Hand sanitizer is provided, and all surfaces are wiped down with Clorox disinfectant solution every 15 minutes of animal contact and ever Wednesday for full disinfection of studio and all brushes and scissors. Payment is contactless through square.

Applied to those over 70lbs, or extremely matted, needing a De-shed or De-mat or a full striping. These are usually more stressful to the animal and require more time and possible first aid for any findings of the skin condition.

Cash payments are preferred. They preserve margin, reduce platform friction, and keep the transaction clean. If you choose to pay by card, the retail price reflects all associated costs.
Boarding $25 per animal
Boarding of your animal while you are away.
Must be current on kennel cough vaccine.
