Gary Finnan and his was engaged by Great Oak Equine Assisted Programs in October 2022, with the purpose of aiding the Board of Directors and staff in an actionable strategic plan for 2023.

As part of this goal, Gary worked with the members of this Not For Profit organization in their outreach, managed relationships, and brand awareness, in an effort to leverage their mission recognition.

Gary worked tirelessly in the fulfillment of Great Oak's roadmap for their future. Upon the hiring of a new Executive Director, Gary trained and shepherded this person in continuation of the shared strategic intent.

The Board of Directors of Great Oak Equine Assisted Programs has tremendous respect and admiration for Gary's talents. That appreciation has given Great Oak the confidence to move forward, meeting their objectives for growth and sustainability.

We are a very small nonprofit, but we were done stuck after our first five years and we needed help and re-organizing. Gary Finnan came to our rescue in many ways.

First he never treated us as a small organization we felt that we got all of his attention and add he chipped right in and work right alongside us. He didn’t sit in a room and tell us what to do and go away. Gary is incredibly talented. He has a wide range of abilities, ranging from social structure to corporate structure to marketing structure to marketing imagery to marketing language. He presents his ideas and clear, detailed print material.

I would have this one caveat if you were thinking of hiring, Gary, are you sure your mind is open to new ideas? It would be a shame to waste his talents or just doing the same old thing.
