I’ve never had a personal trainer before. I’ve already done my own workouts and had mixed success over the years. Now that I’m recovering from an injury, I knew I needed a trainer to gather my strength.
Well, I wish I had gotten a trainer sooner, because they know a lot more about how to train the body than I do.
Ty has been a super choice for me, his experience and then understanding of my weak areas and how to balance my training out are making me feel much stronger and optimistic. It’s also a plus that Ty is a real pro and long time experience in personal training. I plan to stay with Ty for the extended future to see some real gains and make progress toward my goals. I feel confident that he will know how to help me navigate that and I don’t have to figure it out. I just need to be focused on what I’m asked to do. It’s great.
