I have taken Zumba and Pilates classes with Ana for over 10 years. Ana always brings new routines & music to every class and tailors it to the experience of people in the room, offering modifications for people with injuries and for people who want to take it up a notch. A lot of Zumba classes are repetitive, but Ana stands out in combining Zumba moves in unusual patterns & never staying too long on the same move. Her music choices are a refreshing combo of old and new, rap, latin, techno, pop & on occasion country. By the end of class I always feel fluent in my body and based on my FitBit its a solid workout with anywhere from 550 to 750 cal burn. More...

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition. It protects you against many chronic noncommunicable diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Eating a variety of foods and consuming less salt, sugars and saturated and industrially-produced trans-fats, are essential for healthy diet.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. When a client tells me they no longer feel pain in their body, or they can fit into clothes they never thought was possible. Helping them clean up their diets so they can live and enjoy food again.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This has been a dream of mine for years. Covid made it a possibility when I lost my job working in the health and fitness profession. The drive was there I just needed a little push.
