I had already been going to therapy to get myself into an emotionally healthy place, but my life was still in a bit of shambles due to the divorce and I was pretty much living like a hermit with the exception of when my kids came around.
Deciding that I was tired of living that way I was, I reached out and let Jamie know I was interested. I am extremely grateful I took the chance to work with Jamie and it's been extremely helpful in getting me back on track in my life. He's helped me with setting goals to achieving things I want out of life, to be a better person, father, friend, employee, boss and his work with me has helped me reignite my passions.

There's a quote out there somewhere that says that "sometimes we need others to believe in us even if we can't believe in ourselves." For me, Jamie was one of those individuals. I discovered Fire Up Life and Jamie Fair shortly after the onset of a close family member's psychotic break. When it became obvious that I couldn't help them through their illness, I decided that I needed to help me.
Jamie asked me to start journaling again, a habit I had allowed to die. I wrote every morning, three pages a day- just stream-of-consciousness stuff.
But very slowly I became aware of my gifts as a manifester. It sounds woo-woo, but that's because I still get stuck following my father's rules. Not only did I start seeing the things I had manifested in my life, I started to manifest more intentionally. I started to make my own rules.
My business grew and I learned to budget. Something I had been wanting to do for a long time, but only had the drive and determination to do after I took charge of it.
Through the months of meeting with Jamie, my career has changed; I struggled with relationship and personal challenges. Life happened. But I found that I did not suffer as much. I didn't argue with the universe as much.
Today, I am, for the most part, happy. I still have my struggles, but things are better...less intimidating; no longer overwhelming.
