I went to the Chesapeake, VA location and arrived at 7:40pm tonight. There was only one customer in the building upon us entering. Terrell was our cashier and the best part of our experience. We ordered 2 ultimates with extra sauce and made one a combo, then added extra meatballs. The extra meatballs didn’t come with sauce and were dry. No extra sauce was added and our food outside of the lasagna was barely lukewarm. The bread was the only good thing to eat. We then paid AGAIN for 3 extra meat sauces. My dish didn’t even come with the one meatball it was supposed to have in my spaghetti. My Alfredo was served with hard, dry noodles and you could tell the sauce was old and unwarmed due to the color, texture and look of it. I’m honestly saddened and disappointed with this experience. Clearly this location hires inexperienced people or maybe it’s just the late night shift. After we made a clear commitment and complaint, the (2) out of 3 workers acted as if we were lying and immediately coped an attitude mumbling under their breath. Terrell did his best to maintain good customer service, but this experience was unbelievable and inexcusable. I did reach out to corporate as well. I won’t be surprised at all if and when this location closes for good based on my experience tonight. This was my first meal of the day and I was looking forward to eating out. Store #5907 workers could care less about providing quality service. Don't know who the manager was but they were definitely not doing their job. Customers waiting inside for close to an hour for their order after they already paid. Waiting excessive amount of time to even get acknowledged to place an order. The Fazoli’s in Saint Joseph, Missouri (located at 504 North Belt Hwy) is committing fraud. Their large marque sign out front clearly advertises the “sampler special” for $5. 99. However, when you order it, they charge you about $12. When I questioned this and spoke with the general manager of the store named Todd, he told me that he was instructed by corporate to charge the REGULAR price unless the customer actually CAUGHT them and demanded the advertised price. This is blatant deception and fraud. You cannot advertise a price on the front of your store, and then charge customers a different price when they come in to purchase. absolutely unacceptable! "Honest review: I'm not Italian, but I think they'd agree with me when I say this place misses the mark. Chicken parmesan was overcooked to a hockey puck, chicken alfredo lacked flavor, and the pizza tasted like frozen. Garlic bread was a joke - I'd rather have crackers. 👍We had our birthday party at Fazoli's in Green Bay, WI on Sunday, July 13th. The whole staff was amazing!! One of the staff (maybe the manager) greeted us at the door and held the door open while we brought the birthday cake in. They all treated us like Royalty, asking us if we needed anything, like more bread sticks and to-go containers. They even got into the "birthday spirit", wishing me a "Happy Birthday!" Cleanliness was an issue. Staff was friendly and apologetic but the buzzer to get food was really bad. Disgusting in fact. Then the tray the food was on was dirty too. Food doesn’t touch those but your hands do. Who wants to leave your food unattended while you go wash your hands? Lastly found a plastic string from a clothing tag in the spaghetti. 1 star review because my favorite was the ravioli and they got rid of the ravioli to bring in tortellini. The tortellini was great but can't get it in the lunch special now. Food is great, but I had a rough visit to the bathroom. I went to the restroom facility and they had no stalls. I had to go so, I went in a sink. I know....I know it was horrible. I felt horrible. It was an emergency. However I came to learn that it was a maintenance room and I wasn't in Fazoli's anymore. I was actually in a laundromat next door. Talk about embarrassing. Be careful when ordering food in Terre Haute. The board on the front of the store says that you can get spaghetti for $4 but when I checked out they charged me $9. When I asked the people at the front check out they told me it was because I used the self-checkout register and they do not have the deals loaded into that, that I have to do it face-to-face at a register. This does not make sense, if you're going to run a sale it needs to be automatically applied to their self-checkout bios. So I paid $9 for spaghetti that should have cost four dollars. Fazolli’s Kalamazoo, Mi. Wanted pizza for lunch. Only 2 options I’d consider but Fazolli’s won me over for the breadsticks. Asked for water. Glass had black sediment in bottom of the cup I was offered another cup? This cup also filed with black sediment. Was told they were having problems with the water? So they gave me a cup anyway?? I asked if I could have bottled water. Was told “yes” but there is a cost. Breadsticks were bland and hard. Again questioned server and was basically told management is cutting costs. Must give a shout out to Fazoli's in West Wichita, Ks. yesterday I placed a catering order early in the morning for that evening. I got a text confirming the order but when I got there they did not have it. Somehow it went through on my end but not theirs. They found the order in their online orders but it had not come through to be filled. The manager could have said "sorry" and left it at that. However, instead he got his crew kicked into gear and created an entire catering order for me that was not a small order in a matter of 20 minutes! He was kind and helpful and didn't seem annoyed or inconvenienced but rather he apologized to me for the mess up and worked so hard to get my order together quickly. Myself and 3 of my friends left Cedar Point early in sandusky Ohio to be able to get to Fazoli's before closing time. This was my first experience there and it will be my last after the horrible customer service I've received. Myself and one other ordered online. I was charged twice. One was quickly refunded. I called to make sure my order went through and was told that they didn't have the fried mozzarella bites. They they quickly changed their mind then said they do. Confusion? Go through the drive through we grab our orders before we head back to the hotel for the night. Get back to the hotel my order is wrong! I called that night and was told that they were closed but I could bring the food back the next day to exchange or refund. None of these options work for me as we were heading back to where we live early the next day. Which is not in sandusky Ohio. I ordered chicken parm and mozzarella bites. I received alfredo noodles and spaghetti and meatballs. They refuse to refund me the money. I have talked to 2 regular employees and 1 boss.
