The staff was amazing! Very attentive- very nice when serving food and clean up all of the above great event manners . Let’s start off with the table settings, chargers/plates/cutlery/napkins were all set up beautifully - matched everything perfectly and made the tables just absolutely gorgeous . The food you ask ?? DELICIOUS. All of my guests and including me and my husband loved everything . (The hanger asada flavored steak was the fan favorite !! I want to share candid feedback regarding the catering for our event last weekend, as the experience did not align with what was promised. Sending one pan of grits and one pan of shrimp for 120 guests was simply unacceptable and left us without nearly enough food. The team had assured my event planner they could execute a Derby-inspired menu, but the result felt untested and fell far short of expectations.The charcuterie display was particularly disappointing. It looked nothing like the photos provided and did not reflect the quality or presentation we discussed. The selection and setup felt comparable to a basic wholesale purchase, and the overall presentation reflected that. Had I known, I would have chosen a different vendor for a grazing table. I would also strongly recommend not using the images shared on the website to represent your offerings, as they do not accurately reflect what is delivered.Additionally, not being fully set up and ready when the party began is not acceptable—especially for what was described as an “elevated drop-off.” My event planner’s team ended up assisting the Embellished catering staff, which should not have been necessary. There was nothing about this experience that felt elevated.Overall, the food quality was below average to the point that I did not eat it and instead had cake for dinner. That is incredibly disappointing given the expectations that were set for a big birthday.Given the significant gaps between what was promised and what was delivered, I would appreciate your response regarding how you plan to address this. I would never recommend Embellished Catering for an elevated event as I was very disappointed in the food quality and presentation. More...

Embellished Catering was truly an incredible experience for us! Wedding planning is overwhelming, but with Embellished, it became as easy as possible. Embellished is a one-stop shop for all wedding needs. They provided the catering, bar, DJ, florals, decorations, dance floor & lighting. They also paired us with a fantastic wedding coordinator, Savanah, and chef, Jason. They were both extremely helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs - including on the wedding day itself. From start to finish, Embellished really took care of me and my event. It was my first birthday party and I was celebrating turning 50. From the first time I talked to Steve, he was friendly and informative and supportive. I am a govt employee and was furloughed during my payment schedule and they worked with me! The staff, really everyone I worked with, we're top notch! The day of the event I was stressed but they took care of EVERYTHING! It was amazing and fun! We contracted Embellish Caterers to cater our annual banquet of over 100 people on January 24th, 2026. Embellish arrived on time, even though they were travelling from Tampa to our location in Sarasota – a 56-mile trip. The room was set up and ready for our guests by 5:30pm - we started eating at 6pm. We had positive comments from our guests - great tasting food, the ability to have Special Meals (Vegan and Gluten Free) to name a few. Jason was especially attentive all evening and able to handle all challenges. As an example, we ran out of wine and had no dessert. He didn’t panic and assured us he would handle it. Everything from start to finish was amazing. Working with the team to schedule and plan was a great experience. They were friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process, especially since this was the first time I'd planned anything like this. The decoration of the tables and centerpieces exceeded my expectations as well as the staff who set it up and served throughout the evening. The food? Perfection. Can't say enough.
