I previously had a positive experience with this company; however, recent events have been disappointing. Due to rising prices, the company offered me a discounted rate, which I accepted. I scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday for that Friday. By Thursday evening, I had not received any confirmation. It was only after I reached out myself that I was informed—at the last minute—that the groomer had an emergency. Had I not contacted them, I would have been left waiting all day on Friday without any notice. When I asked for clarification, the response I received was unprofessional and dismissive. As a result, I will no longer be using their services. Additionally, I believe the sudden cancellation was related to their unwillingness to honor the discounted rate they had previously offered. I was also dissatisfied with the quality of service from the last two groomers sent, as they did not appear to have adequate experience. Despite multiple conversations and reference photos, my mini Goldendoodle was repeatedly shaved in a style more appropriate for a poodle. Even so, I continued to give the company the benefit of the doubt and consistently tipped. Given my loyalty, the treatment I received was unnecessary and disappointing. EDIT TO RESPOND: I understand that emergencies happen. What is not acceptable is that no one contacted me beforehand. I only found out after I reached out to confirm my appointment, and when I did, I was dismissed. It’s very convenient that the “emergency” was never mentioned until I questioned my confirmation. When I messaged you, you replied immediately that you couldn’t come, which tells me you already knew and chose not to inform me. In the past, you’ve had the courtesy to communicate—this time you didn’t. This situation makes it clear that the issue was honoring the discounted rate you offered. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR DOG!These people came to my house on Thanksgiving. 1st she was late, then she told me that once she was finished to hurry up and pick up my dog because she was late for her next appointment! I have a 9lb white Maltese. Any of you who know about that breed you know that they have beautiful fluffy hair. When I gave him to her I advised that my baby had an allergy that affected his skin, so she was aware. My dog hadn't had a groom in a while and yes, his beautiful hair was a little longer than usual, being Thanksgiving i wanted him to look handsome. When she finished and handed me my dog, I didn't notice at that minute, but once I saw him i started crying. My poor dog was almost bald, he had no hair on his ears, tail and nearly any on all of his body. His face still had long pieces of hair and the top head was so uneven it look terrible. My poor baby was unrecognizable. I called the office,which was so loud with kids in the background that I could not barely hear. When I complain to them she said it was because my dog's allergy and that was groomer was unaware of! Which i did tell her before she started. Even when I sent them pictures they still didn't believe me. My dog gets groom by other groomers and he always comes out very handsome, even with his allergies. All they offer was for her to come back and make it even. I wonder how she was going to do that if my poor baby was BALD! Also I don't know what they did to his ears, he has bed scratching them since she cleaned them! I will NEVER used them again and hope nobody else does! My baby is so sad! More...

When doggy empire came to my house to get my dog to groom in the van everything seemed to be fine I noticed his tail was down between his legs and he appeared traumatized further eximing him felt a lump on his side of his body he also had a cut on his back that was still bleeding the next morning I went to brush his teeth and he was refusing to open his mouth when I got it opened his front tooth was hanging I called them this was Saturday did not hear back from them till Monday no phone calls just text saying send pictures well the problem with pictures is he is black and you can't take a photo of a lump or cut it took till Monday before my dog felt better and his tail was back up I don't know what happened in that van plus look at the photo 135 dollars for this hair cut un exceptable
