“ Kapitan” (aka Demo) was a pleasure to work with. Friendly and respectful from the first interaction. Mindful of the client concerns and limitations from beginning to end ( our event was school-related. Demo made sure all lyrics were aporopriate.) His being a former musician gave me the assurance that he could read the room. Uses a proper mixer… kinda old school!! (Not like some of these guys that simply rely on a laptop, a button and dancers’ patience of dead air. 🙄). Not Demo — he kept the music going, managing the rhythms to engage and letting his music selections maintain a consistently packed dance floor.

I can’t thank you enough for making my mom‘s 100th birthday celebration a huge success! You were so easy to work with, and I felt so comfortable working with you on my music selections. When I first reached out to you, I only had a vague idea of what type of music I wanted. The music selections I suggested sure wouldn’t have filled up 4 hours! After a little more probing, you suggested the type of music, you thought my guests might like. I was so impressed at how you read the crowd, and how the party progressed. My guests were dancing and singing, and having a ball! You REALLY know how to get a crowd up and having fun.
