I hardly ever take the time to write reviews, but the above & beyond experience I had when I called Ken deserves your attention. First, I called with an urgent / last minute request for carpet cleaning. He found a way to squeeze me in and gave me a more than fair and affordable quote for my 3-story town house. He showed up, explained what he'd be doing, asked if there were any tough spots, pre-treated, and cleaned the carpets & stairss with some amazing solution that smelled like happiness, cleanliness, peace of mind, and lemons from heaven. When he was finished, he sprayed a few tough spots with a magical potion and then scrubbed those out by hand. Coffee and wine stains do come out! Also, he heard one of my toilets was making a weird "leaking" sound and suggested I have someone look at the flap. (I had no clue why it was making that sound, but I'm thankful that he knew & told me what to do!)He took precautionary measures to ensure my family was safe from slipping on wet tiles in the foyer after he shampooed the first floor staircase. He even shampooed the small hallway at the top of the second staircase for no additional fee. My carpet looks great and I am extremely happy. I'm a forever customer now! Ken did a great job! We couldn't believe how dirty and gross the "rinse" water was! They look great and it's nice to know all that deep down dirt is gone. The carpets were dry that evening which is important when you have multiple pets. Ken does a fantastic job!  He arrived on time, with everything he needed, with a great attitude, did a fantastic job on carpets, tile & upholstery in a busy house with teenagers, cats, and dogs (and a husband & frequent family guests). Ken was excellent. He was flexible with my schedule, arrived promptly, communicated often, and above all else, he was honest. The price he quoted me was the price I paid.<br><br>My carpet was covered in stains,  battle scars from a with a stubborn puppy I struggled to potty train. The stains were so dark that they looked fresh, even if they were months old. I was skeptical something like that could be cleaned out, but lo and behold, they could and they were. Ken was there for just under an hour, and he managed to destroy any trace of the year's shenanigans. <br><br>I held off on writing a review, because I wanted to make sure it wasn't some illusion that would come back after a good night of sleep. Well one week passed...then two. No change. "BE AWARE"!! Ken was very friendly and affordable but I had 2 $500 mountain bike stolen from my garage. Me and my son did confront him at his home which he denied. My son came home from riding at the belt line while Ken was putting his equipment away. 10 minutes later he leaves and when my son went to close the garage they were gone which made us feel he could have been the only one. When he was confronted he first said he didn't remember us then said there was only one bike in the garage but in actuality it was 3. By far the best carpet cleaning company in Atlanta! I was nervous choosing a company but needed someone who was a stain removal guru. I sent out a few messages and within 5 minutes of sending Ken responded! I told him what I needed, he reassured me, gave me a reasonable quote and set an appointment for the next day! He was incredible. Got all the stains out of my carpet and knew so much about cleaning and mixtures for different stains. I highly recommend Ken as well. Today was my first experience with Dirt Blasters, and I'm overly impressed with his courtesy, attention and care for detail, and knowledge of products. To top it off, he's just a great guy that cares about what he does no matter how big or small the job is. Can't beat that, especially not at his low prices. $100 and my den area looks brand new.<br><br>Ken mentioned when I made the appointment that the job before mine was big and that he might be a little late. Day of my appointment, he did end up being 30 minutes late and called ahead to let me know. Simply put, Ken was amazing! My dog recently got sick on my living room shag rug. I was desperate to find someone to clean my carpet due to the terrible smell and stain. Ken responded immediately to my request and quoted me a reasonable price. He cleaned the rug and did a wonderful job.
