After seeing so many 5-star reviews here on Trustpilot, we hired Design Vertices for 6 months to provide SEO services and redesign our website. We were so hopeful that we had finally found a company that would be able to help us. Unfortunately, our experience was completely different and very disappointing! They redesigned our website, which took nearly three months, but after that, the SEO services we paid for never materialized. We paid for six months of SEO, including monthly reports, ongoing optimization, and progress tracking. None of that was delivered. Every time we asked for reports or updates, we were told “it’s coming”, but nothing ever came. Communication was frequent, but it consisted almost entirely of apologies and excuses rather than actual work or results. After the website was redesigned, there was no measurable SEO work, no reports, and no follow-through. Plus, we have since discovered that all the SKU numbers have been removed from the products, along with the “short descriptions.” It seems as time goes on, we find more things that are wrong. Second chance: We had originally posted a review a few months ago, and they contacted us right away to try to make it right. They begged us to remove the negative review and allow them a few months to prove their worth. They promised they would make it right. We understand that “shit happens”, and we were willing to allow them a second chance. It seemed to be going well at first, but only for the first week. After that, they literally dropped off the radar, and we never heard another word from them! What the hell!! I just cannot believe they would do this. This review is being written so that other business owners are aware and can make an informed decision. Based on our experience, we did not receive the services we paid for, and we regret trusting the five-star reviews that led us to hire this company. I would really like to understand how a company like this can get such great reviews, because there is no way we are the only business that has been treated this way. ⚠️ Proceed with caution if you are considering Design Vertices for SEO services. I am an evidential medium, and after many years of study, practice, and working with the gifts I was born with, I felt inspired to create a website that truly reflected my vision. Finding the right technical web designer, however, was not easy. Many I encountered seemed focused only on charging high fees for minimal work, without genuinely understanding their clients. That all changed when I found Design Vertices. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable. Connor Adams immediately made me feel heard and supported, and I trusted my instincts in moving forward. He quickly connected me with senior designer Jason Park in early November, and I was amazed at how seamlessly everything began to come together. Jason was exceptional—professional, courteous, and incredibly intuitive. Jason seemed to understand my vision almost instantly and turned around requests with impressive speed. Time and again, I found myself saying, “This is amazing—you truly see my vision.” Jason even added a beautiful, creative touch—a small dove animation rising from the “Book Now” section—that perfectly captured the spirit of my work. About halfway through the project, Jason had to step away due to unforeseen circumstances, which was difficult. However, Design Vertices handled the transition flawlessly by introducing me to another senior designer, Ozzie Reed. Ozzie stepped in without missing a beat. Despite the many revisions, additions, and detailed requests I made—often in quick succession—Ozzie responded with incredible efficiency and professionalism. Sometimes updates were completed within minutes; other times within an hour or two, but always with the same-day turnaround. The patience, technical skill, and dedication were truly remarkable. I will admit, I am a perfectionist and not easy to please. I had a very specific vision, with many changes involving layout adjustments, image refinements, and content updates. Not once did Ozzie let me down. Always courteous, accommodating, and consistently delivering exactly what I envisioned. As someone who values honest feedback, I tend to give either very critical or very high praise—and in this case, both Jason and Ozzie absolutely deserve the highest praise. Their expertise is top-notch. Design Vertices is a company built on integrity and a true commitment to their clients. I am a retired programmer /systems analyst from the Boston area, I recognized the level of skill and efficiency required for a project like this.
