Totally displeased! I initially engaged these guys for a $400 website which, after it was 90% complete they tell me that it is not something I can ever change without hiring them - or - I have to pay them an additional $1,100 for access to a "dashboard" that will allow me to change my own website that I already paid them to create. If this wasn't enough, they have missed or been late to EVERY single meeting/call that we have scheduled. At the last minute, their Project Manager tells me that he "not quite ready" and asks for more time (an hour or several days). I have spent another $100 on a logo development with them that I essentially created from AI. They were to convert it to usable formats - but still have not received it yet. Just to ensure I maximized self harm, I paid these people another $600+ for web hosting. They couldn’t even tell me what that included. So, in summary, I am down $2,200 and HAVE NOTHING usable from them! Avoid at all costs. After seeing so many 5-star reviews here on Trustpilot, we hired Design Vertices for 6 months to provide SEO services and redesign our website. We were so hopeful that we had finally found a company that would be able to help us. Unfortunately, our experience was completely different and very disappointing! They redesigned our website, which took nearly three months, but after that, the SEO services we paid for never materialized. We paid for six months of SEO, including monthly reports, ongoing optimization, and progress tracking. None of that was delivered. Every time we asked for reports or updates, we were told “it’s coming”, but nothing ever came. Communication was frequent, but it consisted almost entirely of apologies and excuses rather than actual work or results. After the website was redesigned, there was no measurable SEO work, no reports, and no follow-through. Plus, we have since discovered that all the SKU numbers have been removed from the products, along with the “short descriptions.” It seems as time goes on, we find more things that are wrong. Second chance: We had originally posted a review a few months ago, and they contacted us right away to try to make it right. They begged us to remove the negative review and allow them a few months to prove their worth. They promised they would make it right. We understand that “shit happens”, and we were willing to allow them a second chance. It seemed to be going well at first, but only for the first week. After that, they literally dropped off the radar, and we never heard another word from them! What the hell!! I just cannot believe they would do this. This review is being written so that other business owners are aware and can make an informed decision. Based on our experience, we did not receive the services we paid for, and we regret trusting the five-star reviews that led us to hire this company. I would really like to understand how a company like this can get such great reviews, because there is no way we are the only business that has been treated this way. ⚠️ Proceed with caution if you are considering Design Vertices for SEO services. Update/Response: We fulfilled all requested approvals and access in a timely manner. During our 6-month contract—and additional time given—we received only one report. I’m sharing this review to caution others against working with Kimberly for couples therapy. It’s taken me over a year to gain perspective and reflect on the harm caused by our experience so that others might avoid the same situation. Kimberly initially served as our couples therapist. After we “graduated,” she began seeing my husband individually. When we later experienced marital challenges again, we decided to return to her for joint sessions. During our very first session back, I shared my perspective on a painful situation, and she responded dismissively, even saying, “But Lauren, who cares.” to some of my expressed feelings. Much of the conversation focused on my actions, without equal attention to both partners’ roles in the situation. In that moment, it was clear she had developed a bias in favor of my husband, and I confronted her in the session at that time. We canceled our next appointment. Kimberly later texted to admit that her approach had been unfairly biased and thanked me for helping her see that. Despite my clear boundary that we would not continue therapy with her, she called me at our cancelled session time, and was attempting to convince me to stay as her client, saying she was human and had made a mistake. We of course did not continue any therapy with Kimberly. With time and distance, I now see that even in our earliest sessions, she failed to maintain neutrality, often enabling my husband rather than addressing the core issues between us. While I understand that not every therapist is the right fit, I believe strongly that professionals have an ethical duty to “do no harm” and to uphold integrity and fairness in their care. What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was the desire to combine my passion for design with the freedom to create unique, tailored solutions for clients.
