ngl I was skeptical when our condo board announced we were switching security companies again. last 2 were a disaster. this one is different. the officer at the front gate knows my car and waves me through without making me feel like a stranger in my own building. that small thing matters more than people realize More...

honestly the residents at our HOA trust the security officer in a way that they never trusted the previous ones. that trust took time to build and it was built by consistent, professional behavior every shift for months. that's what high-quality staff looks like when it's actually working in a community setting More...

lowkey being able to reach the actual owners of a security company when something comes up at your property is something most HOAs don't have and don't realize they're missing until they do. D&D operates differently from the national companies in that way and it makes a real difference in how problems get resolved More...

ngl it was a small thing but the officer at our gate remembered my elderly mother's car from her second visit. she's not a resident, she visits twice a week. the officer flagged her through without making her go through the full check process every time. that kind of attentive, human approach to the job is what separates a good officer from someone just putting in hours More...

Great Security Company, They are the best. We have been thru 4 companies in 4 years and I wish we found them sooner, they came in and handled everything with extreme professionalism even after a year of service I can tell you very little turnover and great management. Highly recommended

What do you love most about your job?
There is not one specific answer I volunteered on a Board of a large HOA and Security became my project, I really just really enjoyed securing the property and assisting residents with security issues.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After being on an HOA board and getting heavily involved with security I realized there was a vast room for improvement we bought Security in house and was able to make such an improvement I decided I should do this for a living so I did and hear I am today.
Why should our clients choose you?
You should choose us because we strive to be the best and we are totally transparent, from our State of the Art Software to our training everything is available for the customer to review at anytime, All Security company's have issues but part of the solution is how the company responds to the problem and what corrective actions are taken making sure it doesn't happen again. I am available to all my customers 24hrs a day and if we work together you will find you will not need to call me very often if at all.
I hope we get the opportunity to work together.
