Having Darsh perform at our event was an absolute highlight. We experienced one of our largest turnouts compared to previous shows, and the addition of magic was a wonderful first for the Holland Fest. Both children and adults were fully engaged, and Darsh did an excellent job of keeping the audience’s attention throughout the performance. Darsh was absolutely amazing. There isn't a more difficult crowd to surprise than a bunch of 8-10 year olds who know the basics of many tricks, but his entire kids act is designed around this. For those who don't know how things are palmed or hidden they will be amazed outright. Meanwhile, the ones calling out where the ball is currently being palmed will be blindsided when something completely different shows up instead. He was very attentive to each of the kids names throughout the act and was able to call them each out during one of the final tricks without missing a beat. His jokes usually had small details that only adults would catch that left the parents laughing louder than the kids on a couple of occasions. His big finish was customized to the birthday child to make them feel truly special. He was wonderful and I would highly recommend him for kids or even adult parties. More...

Richard Darshwood preformed for our students at Meade County High School and was amazing! Communication leading up to the event was great, he showed up promptly at the designated time, and he put on a great show for our students. His act had a great blend of humor and interaction for a large group of students, and his messaging about the importance of imagination was well received. The magic he preformed was top notch and left both students and staff in wonder. We even had a significant number of students stay behind after the show. Richard Darshwood, or as we like to call him "Darsh," is magical wonder. He impressed and stumped a room full of skeptical 9 olds who were certainly not afraid to question his every move and trick. He brought so much humor and connected with these girls on a personal level, remembering their names and allowing them to participate. He is a true professional with a flawless performance.
