How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients achieve their goals by building a plan around the individual rather than forcing them into a generic program. Every client has different goals, fitness levels, schedules, limitations, and obstacles, so my coaching is designed to reflect real life. I focus on customized training, practical nutrition guidance, accountability, education, and ongoing adjustments so clients can make progress that is realistic, measurable, and sustainable.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret shortcut. Real results come from patience, consistency, discipline, and following a structured plan long enough for it to work. The foundation is proper nutrition, effective strength training, smart conditioning, recovery, and accountability. Most people do not fail because they lack information. They fail because they lack structure, consistency, and the right guidance.
What do you love most about your job?
What I enjoy most is helping people change more than just their body. When someone gets stronger, loses fat, improves their health, and becomes more consistent, it usually impacts their confidence, energy, discipline, and the way they show up in the rest of life. I take pride in helping clients build real momentum and lasting results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fitness became personal for me before it ever became professional. After a football injury in college ended my playing career, I gained a significant amount of weight and found myself physically and mentally off track. That experience forced me to face reality and make a change. I hired a trainer, committed to the process, rebuilt my habits and my health, and eventually turned that experience into a career. That journey gave me a deep respect for what real coaching can do, and it is a big part of why I built my own business.

Clients should choose me because I do not offer cookie cutter programs, recycled workouts, or surface level coaching. I build each plan around the client’s goals, lifestyle, fitness level, schedule, and support needs. I also believe clients should understand why they are doing what they are doing. My coaching is built around structure, accountability, education, and real progress that lasts.

Yes. I offer online coaching and remote support for clients who want structure, accountability, training guidance, and nutrition support without needing to meet in person. I also offer limited in person training in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. Whether coaching is online or in person, the approach is still individualized and built around the client’s goals, schedule, and lifestyle.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I successfully transitioned clients to remote coaching when needed and saw strong results through that model. That experience strengthened my ability to coach clients effectively online while still providing structure, accountability, and support. I now offer both online coaching and limited in person training based on client needs and preferences.
