Jim did an amazing job for our wedding. He made quick modifications during the day as we requested with no issues (such as adding a speech or adding an hour of DJ time to keep the party going). The music was perfect and exactly what I wanted during the ceremony and reception. He played all of the songs we requested before hand and during the wedding as well as avoided the ones we asked him not to include. He acted very professional with our guests. We came across D-Jeneration Music after the previous DJ we booked cancelled on us two days before our wedding. Honestly, we are so grateful that the other guy cancelled because Jim (D-Jeneration) rocked the house!!!!
He fit us in for a meeting on the same day we chatted, flawlessly worked with our venue and schedule, and had every. single. guest. dancing the entire night! We even got so many compliments on how GOOD the DJ was and how he captured and flowed the vibe perfectly.

Music choices, atmosphere, and announcements were stellar. All of our guests were engaged and encouraged; with many complimenting "the music" and ambiance provided. AMAZING! We worked directly with Jim for my wedding and he was so flexible with meeting with us to get a game plan together! Awesome DJ! Very professional and great music!

This was a 40th birthday surprise party that had several moving parts. It was also the first time I had hosted an event. The stakes were high.
He was super communicative prior to the event, even requesting a song list. When the event venue changed, he rolled with it, which was very calming.
He arrived early for the set up prior to the event and had everything ready to go even though I didn’t get there until the guests had already arrived and were waiting for the birthday girl!
I sent him a loose plan for the party i.e attendee arrival time, birthday girl arrival time, champagne toast, etc. and he executed my vision to perfection.
Several guests commented positively that they thought the music was perfect. He had great mixes and people were up dancing and having a great time all night.
I cannot express enough how great it was to arrive at the venue and hear the music going. I didn’t have to worry about a thing all night!
His professionalism was supreme and His pricing was even better, if that’s possible.
I would recommend D-Jeneration Music Services to anyone who wants to be able to hire a DJ and know they don’t have to worry about it.

I was attracted to his service because of his competitive pricing, but as he was setting up and playing music for my wedding, he did a spectacular job! He was very responsive for slight schedule adjustments, he Played music that got my non-dancing family And friends On the dance floor! Besides his great people skills, I believe he is a really big reason why my wedding had a very homey feel and made everybody feel super comfortable! We hired Jim to dj our wedding reception and handle the music for the ceremony. He did an incredible job, he came early to make sure that everything was set up beforehand. He worked with our videographer to make sure they were able to record audio, and he handled the announcements and was a great MC for the whole night. Even though our outdoor dancefloor was a little chilly he kept the energy up and had people dancing the entire time! Awesome DJ and very easy going guy! Willing to work things out and he made sure things went as planned! We needed him for several hours for our wedding and got us an incentive by providing lights and all that fun stuff! I recommend Jim!

We hired him for our wedding reception of approx. 75 guests for approx. 4 hours (8p-midnight). DJ Jim was fantastic! He really kept the party going with song requests, and other games to keep the guests entertained! He arrived early to set up and was ready to go earlier than expected. All in all, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves on the dancefloor. The kids loved the scavenger hunt game, highly recommend! It was also fun for all the adults to watch. We did the bouquet toss and the shoe game too. It was funny hearing the crowd's reactions during the shoe game. Although, most of our guests ended up leaving earlier than we hoped. So we decided to end the night early with the last dance around 11:30. He did ask for important songs and other details ahead of time and we had excellent communication prior. It was like the best curated party because nearly all my favorite songs were playing the whole night. It really made me happy to hear lots of Dua Lipa and classic 80s jams. D-Jeneration Music Services was great and easy to work with. My wife and I hired Jim for our wedding ceremony and reception. Everything was a smooth and easy process. Jim played all of the music we asked for at the ceremony. We had a little down time at the reception before food and Jim kept everyone entertained by playing a game while everyone waited. We had Jim play a few songs, but let him get a feel of the room and play what he though would be best and he did great. People were dancing all night. We had a lot of people complement us on our wedding and we wanted to thank D-Jeneration Music Services as they were a big part of that. DJ Jim was a perfect fit for our wedding celebration! The transitions and cues for music as the wedding party and Bride walked down the aisle were spot on! He was able to flow with the awkward lulls and unintentional pauses of our night and he kept the music going the entire night despite not having a very young and jovial crowd to fill the floor. I can not say enough about our DJ, Jim. My kids were really struggling to kind good song choices for music to be played at the wedding. Even all the way up until we met with Jim to go over the schedule of their wedding day; they still felt a little lost on how everything should go. Jim, picked a great “Grand March” song and the order of how he played all of their party music came together so perfectly. Jim made my son and daughter in law’s reception an absolute blast. We received some many compliments from the guests about their wedding with many of them saying it was the funnest wedding they have ever been too. Jim’s prices are incredibly reasonable and he truly knows how to keep a party going all the way to the end. If I could give Jim over a 5 star rating; I would in a heartbeat.
