We are a small. Family type oriented residential and office cleaning company. All employees speak English. All work hard and clients that use us on a recurring basis get very comfortable as they see the same personnel on a recurring basis.

Customized Cleaning prepared two houses for sale during a stressful time in our family. The first was my sister-in-law's home who passed after suffering from ALS ( such a horrible disease). The second only two months later after the passing of my father. That was especially difficult after my mother passed only a year prior. Family deaths are difficult in themselves. Customized Cleaning did what they said they were going to do when they were going to do it. Their team was professional, efficient, courteous, and kind. we have used the services for 4 years and it has been average; over the last few months we found them to be unreliable at best - we are told our cleaners are coming at 9:30 and they show up around 2:30, or other times not at all. I did not realize Crystal Lake was on Hawaii time! Then we receive a rambling 5 min VM about the problems they're facing and they'll do a better job next time. This is a terrible company. I had used them previously and then was told that one of their schedulers was leaving, going to take all the clients. Too much drama. I had one more cleaning and they dropped off the face of the earth. Today, 6 months later, I get a text telling me I had a cleaning scheduled for 3/22!! I called and whoever I talked to sounded drunk, but he said I was on the schedule. How could I be after 6 months?? Donâ  t do business with this company. More...
