What’s your signature dish?
Caramelized onion and goat cheese tarts. And Chicken Francese
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I talk to my clients at length about what they like. then I make suggestions to cultivate the perfect menu .If they want something very specific, I will make that happen.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to develop flavors to their full potential by using fresh herbs from my garden, spices , and wines. Gives me great satisfaction to see people enjoying my food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love what I do and I wanted the ability to do it on my own terms. Also to provide a service that would make someones special day a memorable one.
