The Crumbstruction Food Truck was a perfect fit for our event with delicious food and with plenty of menu options! The staff went out of their way to make sure all of our guests were happy, including driving out of their way to get a case of Diet Coke for a guest who asked if they had any! The couple were very well organized, happy to be there, had great communication, and the truck was super easy to book! You can tell that they really care about putting out a QUALITY product and standing behind the "Crumbstruction" Brand. I almost forgot about the Chocolate cake & Banana Pudding- Top notch as well! Crumbstruction was very timely, organized, and accommodating of all of my catering needs! I had requested their services for a holiday party to serve approximately 200 individuals, many of who had various allergens to be mindful of (i.
e. gluten, peanuts and tree nuts, dairy, etc). Elayna did everything possible to accommodate all dietary needs - all the way down to the desserts!
On the day of, the Crumbstruction team arrived early and set up the buffet-style meal and ensured everything was hot and tasty before the attendees arrived. The food was delicious (we had Italian!) and many people went back up for seconds and thirds with the beef lasagna being the crowd favorite!
Overall, I really enjoyed having Crumbstruction cater my event!

Crumbstruction is amazing! My family has had it twice in as many weeks and tried the eggrolls, wings, tenders, fries, mozz sticks and cake. It's ALL so good! The buffalo chicken and spinach & cheese eggrolls are family favorites. The only thing we haven't tried is the dessert eggrolls, and we're super excited to catch those on the truck menu. Plus how sweet are this husband and wife team?!? They are friendly, professional, and will happily talk to their customers. Crumbstruction catered my daughter’s high school graduation party and the guests are still talking about the food!!! I did a taste test before hiring them as a caterer and everything taste great! However, the night of the party I believe they really brought the flavor! I was running around all night and didn’t get to eat any of the wings (they were GONE), I did get to taste the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and they were DELICIOUS even cold! How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We like to speak with each client regarding their catering needs. After the information is gathered we put together quotes based on your event, what you're looking for, and delicious food options we provide.
What do you love most about your job?
I believe great food can really make anyone's day! Cooking food with homemade recipes, and watching the joy it brings others is what we love most!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After culinary school I wanted to take my love for cooking from being a hubby (cooking for family and friends), to letting the world taste it.
Why should our clients choose you?
Why have been doing this for a while now. If you look at our reviews we do it well. We take pride in saying we have never canceled an event for any reason. I would also say that 99% of our customers contact us for more events, or refer us to others. This says a lot about our business .
