Finding a good personal trainer is a huge struggle, and after many years of bad trainers with limited results, I can honestly say Salar has been a GAME CHANGER. I normally don't leave reviews but this trainer is a true hidden gem. Within weeks of working with him I saw visible changes in my body composition and my energy improved significantly - he finally broke the plateau I was stuck in for months! I had previously worked with Salar at a gym in New Jersey. Fast forward about 10 years and I found myself about to turn 62 and "stuck" at 230 lbs. My doctor shrugged it off, telling me "You just have to accept that at your age, your metabolism has changed."

Not liking that answer, I reached out to Salar on the other side of the country and he developed a plan combining strength training (which I love), cardio (which I do not love), and some dietary advice.

6 months later, I achieved a healthy rate of weight loss. I've lost 25 lbs and still going down. I feel better, I look better, and I'm stronger than before. All a month before my 62nd birthday.

So, if you are like me and are truly dedicated to improving yourself, Salar is the man to trust. He listens and adjusts the program to fit whatever limitations or needs you may have. The weekly calls are also very helpful to keep you motivated when you think you have hit a wall.

It's hard to find a good trainer that suits you, but Salar has both the skill sets and the great energy! He's super motivational and pleasant to train with. I've been working out with Salar for almost 1 year now. He is an incredible trainer and works with your specific needs! The workouts are so fun and you get results FAST! He's very knowledgeable, professional and up to date with his workouts. Every time I go train with him I feel refreshed and he pushes me harder each time to achieve my goals. Personal Trainers

Salar has been an excellent trainer. He’s given me exactly what I asked for. In my case I don’t have tons of time or energy to dedicate and he has given me the results I asked for within the limitations I set. I feel stronger and more confident. I look nice as well. He’s an excellent listener and coach. Very positive attitude and patient when I was not feeling it but was able to push through. I’ve been training with Salar for a little over a year, and he has changed my life in ways that I NEVER thought possible. When I first started my training and weight loss journey with Salar, I had no drive or determination to reach the goals I so desperately wanted, but he has helped me to reach them by guiding me and coaching me with discipline, encouragement, clear direction and honest feedback .

One of things I love the most about training with Salar is his dedication to my overall wellbeing. Salar has helped me to develop nutrition plans, physical education and the practice of stress relieving techniques for mental wellness.

So far, I’ve lost 31lbs and 12% body fat. Im so much stronger and my body is visibly toned and SUPER fit!!

I have been training with private trainers for at least 15 years. Mostly at equinox, but with Covid, I put together a gym at my house and for the last six months I have been training with Salar at my house. He is really great especially since I have some injuries. He is very practical in that he avoids problem areas for me, has a new routine to switch up the muscles, and is always on time. He has put me in better shape than I have been in five years. CONQR Training/Salar is by far the best decision I have made in my entire life. Starting training with Salar changed my life. I needed Surgery on my left shoulder and was extremely afraid to do it. Salar helped me rebuild muscle and strength in that area and now I no Longer require surgery. I tried my whole life to get 6 pack abs and never could do it on my own but thanks to CONQR training I now have abs. Since I have Been training for over a year and still training I have now decided to peruse a career in health and wellness thanks to Salar. Salar did an awesome virtual training session with me! I let him know what muscle groups I felt I needed to work on and he was able to create a fun and challenging workout. Loved working with Salar! He really got me exactly where I wanted to be so fast. I came in with no experience in anything. I've always been a "small girl" but I wasn't toned and didn't have much of a shape to my body and had absolutely no strength or endurance. I would get tired walking to my mailbox from my house. I told Salar how I wanted my body to look and in a few months, and expectations were surpassed. My waist is the smallest it's ever been, I have abs!, and a booty! Most importantly, I feel good. I can run miles and not feel like I'm dying now. He taught me how to meal plan and prep. He was so attentive and really focused on my every move to make sure I didn't hurt myself. He was extremely patient with me. There would be days where I would tell him I hated him with almost every rep but he kept the workouts fun and kept me going with his encouragement. Each client's body and needs are different. I do an in-depth initial assessment to pin point the various trouble areas (physical, mental, or dietary) which may be holding a client back. Then, I customize a workout program and meal plan that is parallel to my clients' needs & goals. I guide my clients through our 1 on 1 sessions where we gradually build on the previous sessions. They have a meal plan to follow at home to stay on track. I also create homework(outs) for them to do on days we don't train. I help to hold them accountable during the entire process to make sure we are on the fast track to their goals.

When I was 14 I began putting my body through a huge transformation. I was an extremely scrawny and underweight kid. Over the course of the next 7 years I was able to completely change my body into the strongest, leanest, and most muscular it had ever been. There was a lot of trial and error along the way. I fell in love with the process and earned a degree in Exercise Science and a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I used everything that I had learned and experienced to help one of my best friends who was morbidly obese to lose over 100 lbs. I'm grateful to have found a passion where I get to inspire people and change their lives for the better.

My 12 years of experience in training have allowed me to learn and use many training methods. I have an expertise in understanding each individual client and then creating the most effective training program for them. My clients don't have to worry about wasting time and money experimenting. We define clear objectives, make a plan, and commit to getting the results.

Yes, I offer custom online training programs as well as virtual video training sessions.

A great option if you like one on one instruction. You can learn training techniques hands on, in person. I'll be giving you ques and making sure you have perfect form for every rep so you can get the most out of every single workout.

A great option if you're on a budget or would like to train with me, but you're not local to the Valley. You still get a custom made, quality workout program tailored to your goals and needs. The workouts are delivered to you through my organized and easy to use app. You get instructional videos for every single exercise and I'm available to support you any time through text. We'll have bi-weekly check in calls to make sure you're staying on track to hit your goals.
