Where to start. First and foremost a Huge Thank you to Bruce our driver. He drove us to DTW for a family trip overseas. On our return we ran into trouble as our flight was diverted and we had to spend an unplanned night in Raleigh Duram. We contacted Cloud and we were able to get in touch directly with Bruce who was scheduled to do our return pick up as well. We had few details to give Bruce as the Airline was not very efficient at rebooking us. From the very first moment Bruce simply told us to keep him updated and to remember no matter when he would be at DTW to welcome us home no matter what time or day that occurred. True to his word when we were finally able to get home he was there waiting for us. The real kicker is that it was on his scheduled day off. He took personal pride in being there for our family. We are immensely grateful to Cloud and especially Bruce who is the consummate professional and a very good Man.
