What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is our Crab Stuffed Salmon with Cajun Cream Sauce served over Lemon Scented Mashed Potatoes and Bistro Vegetables.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
In order to create the perfect menu for our clients we first talk to the client in order to get an idea of their vision for the event. We then discuss the types of cuisine the client most enjoys. We ask if there is anything in particular they'd like to see on the menu and then we create a menu based on that information.
What do you love most about your job?
We love that our catering business doesn't feel like a job. It's more of an expression of love on a plate. It brings us joy to be able to execute a Clients vision while exceeding their expectations. It is our absolute pleasure to serve others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were inspired to start our own business once working for others began to feel like work.
