I needed a catering company for my late mother's repass after her funeral on May 30th. I was able to get in contact with Chef Myles within 2 days before the service. Also, it was a miscommunication with the funeral home regarding set up, but it all worked out. The food was delicious, but we had too much fish. My family members and guest liked the grilled chicken more so than the fish. And the food could have been a tad bit warmer. Other than that, I would hire Chef Myles. He even brought containers for family members to take back to their hotel and home. Awesome! More...

It was a pleasure providing our culinary delights for Karen on such short notice. She initially wanted the common repass menu, but I upgraded it to my grilled mahogany chicken with julienne sundried tomatoes, fresh rosemary that's painted with a balsamic glaze. I also provided a seafood stuff flounder that was drizzled with our Chefs 2 Go Sauce. I provided, beverages, full menu, desserts, disposables- all inclusive. The venue mix-up was between the client and the venue that she secured. Yes we always take extra to go pans for the client to take the left over food with her and saying that there was too much food, I will take that as a compliment, be cause they took it all with them, I mean all of it.. lol for the past 22 years as a professional caterer, our hot food is always transported in insulated Cambro Carriers that keeps food oven hot while transporting it, the food was also placed in the hot chafers for an half hour or so prior to service. Chef Myles was a pro from start to finish. 20 minute response time mentioned in another review is accurate. He showed confidence in his ability and quality, and earned the business with communication, timely menu proposal, and reasonable cost. We were able to tweak his draft menu to meet dietary requests quickly and easily. The end product included set up, breakdown, and delicious food cooked on the spot for our outdoor event. Chef Myles was right on time. My original caterer canceled and upon putting out the request, he called me in less than 20 mins.
We agreed upon his suggestions and he delivered. The food was great, we had more than enough and he arrived exactly when he said he would. I will certainly hire him again!

Horrible! The guy was late. We had to wait for him to set up. The presentation was tacky. He spilled water on the floor that my brother had to wipe up.
I asked for chicken. He provided legs and thighs on the bone only which was dripping in grease. Salmon was over cooked & dried out. Mac& cheese was over cooked& had no crunch in broccoli. I had asked for green beans. The server was dripping sweat & looked very unhappy. He needed help.
Horrible experience! No way would I call him a pro! When I called to discuss the matter,he argued with me.
