How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
With Today's Dietary landscape, I try to build my menu for the vegetarian/vegan perspective and then add protein with seasonal tastes in mind.
What do you love most about your job?
It's like going to a party every night. I like to think of myself as Gatsby watching for the balcony.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be my own boss and cook my food, and share my hospitality with my community.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I used strong HCAAP plans before covid, however I added sanitizer stations.
