Software tax program Cardinal uses went down after 20 min into data input, There server said they were aware of the problem but no time line when it was going to up and running after a hour, I walked away, and after an 2 hour round trip drive just to give this small business a try, waist of time just to get my taxes done. What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We offer full service accounting for small and medium size businesses. This includes financial statement presentation, bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax. We also offer a full range of tax services from preparation to planning.

We do provide all of our services online currently. Some of our employees are working remotely but this has not affected our service quality or timing.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are not having face-to-face meetings currently. We do offer virtual meetings on any platform the client desires.
