We’ve had an amazing experience working with Ben. From the very beginning, his depth of knowledge and understanding of dog behavior was obvious, but what really stood out was how clearly and practically he was able to explain everything to us as first-time owners. He didn’t just tell us what to do — he helped us understand why we were doing it, which made a huge difference.

What’s been most impressive is how quickly we’ve seen real results. In a very short amount of time, our puppy has already developed structure, improved behavior, and is starting to build really strong habits. The progress we’ve made so far is honestly beyond what we expected this early on, and that’s directly because of Ben’s guidance and approach.

Ben gave me and my wife wonderful advice on managing separation anxiety for our dog after we felt stuck in a plateau. He provided clear and helpful instructions and advice specific to our situation and our dog.

Ben was incredibly thorough during our phone screening and even more helpful in our in-home session. Highly recommend, especially for first time dog owners like us.

My daughter has a 9-month old husky who is rambunctious. We never owned a dog and were clueless. We've now had 3 training sessions and have learned so much about dogs and our fur baby is so much more obedient. He's mastered commands and does well on a leash now (before he pulled us like a sled dog). One thing that's really important to note is a good trainer will not only train your dog, BUT TEACH YOU HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DOG. That is super important! Working with Ben was great!! He is very knowledgeable and gave us and showed us great tips on what to do with our puppy and how to move forward with our training.

Ben, from Canine Concierge Training, LLC, is extraordinary at training my 8 month old puppy the basic obedience she needs to become a mature well behaved dog. I have several people working with me at my home due to health problems. I knew they all cared for my sweet puppy but they all treated her differently and she was getting confused. Ben has been training us, as well as her, and she is already a different dog. Ben is clear and precise in his directives so the five people and one pup are all on the same page now. She is happier, I do believe, as she knows what to do, when. She understands when to sit, lie down, stay, come, heel and other basics.

My 8 year old Golden Retriever greatly benefited from the respectful yet effective guided training from Ben. His methods are effective, gentle and respectful to both the owner and the dog. It’s challenging to train an older dog whose behaviors have been “the rule” for so many years. Ben’s techniques were done with positive reinforcement which helped so much with my dog’s impulse to pull me on the leash when we walked. I am the adoring owner of a three year old chocolate Labrador Retriever. I’ve had the good fortune of knowing Ben as a neighbor and canine trainer. Ben introduced training techniques to me and my pup about 2 years ago beginning with standard commands and leash training. Just this morning the owner of another chocolate Lab, whom I met on a walk with my own Lab, commented on how well trained my Lab, Heath, is as compared to her 6 year old Lab. I attribute this positive experience, and the countless others I've shared with Heath, to the application of Ben’s training techniques, his patience and his passion for developing healthy, safe, human-canine relationships.
