太糟糕了，报税材料给弄错，可减税退税的项目一个没加，回去找她重新报税更改材料，发现还有一样的人在排队修改材料，也是被弄错。不会主动问你有哪些项目可以抵税，除非你主动说。极其不专业。收费也是看人下菜碟。 时间管理更是一塌糊涂，预约后还要等三四小时。 建议各位慎重考虑。
