Terrible. We search for a CPA who could do a quick turn around on an audit of financial statements. Vianne Jennings represented herself as a CPA and charged us double the amount. Our paperwork states that a man in Florida’s (we’re in TN and she is in GA) completed our audit. Since the audit passed our nonprofit reporting we began to have talks regarding monthly bookkeeping and yearly taxes and audits. We were to have monthly meetings which were scheduled by her and her team and she only showed up for two. In May of 2024 we requested an extension for 2023 taxes which had a deadline of November 15th 2024. Our taxes were not filed until November 18th. They additionally recommended we redo our taxes for 2022 which she charged double for. They never completed reconciliation on time and also did not meet the bullet points on what her monthly services entailed. She once asked me to hop on a call she was late to 45 minutes after the start time. Unfortunately, I have just now done my due diligence of searching up legal records of Vianne Jennings. There is not PTIN number, CPA number against her name in the IRS system. Further both of her business names (Bless N Company & BizAdvantage) are both dissolved in the state of Georgia. Communication on her end is non exentent whether that is email, by call, or text. I have a asked for a full refund to no avail and we just received a huge packet from the IRS stating that our 2023 taxes were not only filed late but wrong and that we have now incurred penalties. I used her reviews to determine who I would pick but unfortunately it did not pan out as good as it was depicted. Cannot recommend More...
