What can I say, Tony designed our new 2 story Modern retirement home in Jackson, he provided us with renders, and a great service. The process can be slow at times due to permit regulations, but they stayed on it, pushing, and making changes as and when we needed them. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most garages, do not have a vapor barrier installed, so to do this we need a clear space to provide this, this is the most common question.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
The garage will need to be brought up to code for a residence, which means all walls need to be fire proofed, and new concrete floor, new ceiling, it needs its own electrical supply, AC and plumbing/bathroom as well as a separate address. Many people think this is a cheap solution to make some extra cash, but it not that easy, and to date in 15 years I have never won a job doing a ADU in a garage.

What guarantee does your work come with?
We guarantee to obtain the building permit, construction work comes with a warrantee for certain elements that are passed by inspection only.

What I love most about my job is turning someone’s ideas and needs into real, built spaces they can actually walk through and enjoy. I enjoy solving complex design and code problems, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and then seeing it all come together on site. But the best part is that moment when a client steps into their finished space for the first time and says, “This is exactly what we wanted”—that feeling never gets old.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by working for a badly run company and seeing unhappy customers, I was powerless to help, so I decided to start my own business. I have not looked back

No, we need to see the project. It is impossible to obtain a permit for work unless we receive a set of plans from a engineer who has already viewed the project
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We provide plans and architectural services, if clients are ill, we stay away, our business does not affect the clients health in anyway shape or form.
