I had a disgruntled contractor working at my premises. An altercation occurred and the contractor made some threats. We contacted this firm to provide armed protection services the next day while the contractor came to get his belongings. With little notice they were able to provide exactly what we asked for. The contractor was rude to the officer they provided and the officer held his composure and maintained his professionalism to de escalate the contractor.
