I ordered a limo for my handicapped grandma and they sent a party bus out of no where after I made it 100% clear she can not go up steps. When I called the dispatch they then said the Limo had mechanical issues but never told me and told me they were doing a favor by upgrading me to something I could not use The driver was 15 minutes late and now we are stranded trying to find a way to get to our funeral.
