For certain issues I prefer to do the board and train option, especially if the client is not local

Bethany has been a life saver— literally! I was at the end of my rope with our rescue beagle, Wesley. He’d been with us for 4 years but was still aggressive toward strangers, some children, and even my wife and me sometimes.
We’d been dealing with years of being bitten, snarled at, etc.
I adore Wesley and was desperate not to have to put him down, but he was a danger to my nieces and I couldn’t let it continue.
Bethany came in and within two hours, she had Wesley responding to her as a pack leader! After a three-day board-and-train session, Wesley (and I) started off fresh. I learned how to show him who’s boss without hurting him. He’s learning how to be a pack member and not have to feel like he’s responsible for everything.
We’re still working on it, of course. Change doesn’t happen overnight. But we’re all happier and I can see a light at the end of the tunnel now.
Bethany even gave us tips on how to deal with our other dog’s resource guarding. She’s been available by text for all my questions and is always happy to get “pupdates” and pictures of our boys.
Bethany saved us, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!! Whatever the issue is, she can help.

Bethany became my trainer for my pet Rex, Rex has a problem with reactivity. Bethany came in and took charge on day 1, she also provided me with the tools I would need to successfully help Rex.

My boyfriend and I got an adult female pitbull from the shelter back in August last year with no knowledge of her past. Neither of us had dogs of our own (aside from family dogs growing up) until our dog, Peri, so we were in new territory. Beth has and continues to train both Peri and us in navigating and melding our lives together by training, boarding, and socializing her. Peri has always been a good hearted dog; with guidance from Beth and her prior pitbull expertise, Peri has become a good AND obedient dog. I’m not sure what we would have done if we didn’t have Beth. What do you love most about your job?
Helping dogs is what I love the most. I have an affinity for the ‘difficult’ dogs and relate to them in a way many others cannot.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realized I have a talent for it and can handle many dogs that others struggle to train.

I can provide some services remotely but I prefer in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have been vaccinated, and I will mask up if requested. A background in medicine doesn’t hurt either.
Dog training
Through a balanced approach to training, I can assist with leash pulling, leash reactivity, etiquette, resource guarding, socialization, rescue dog issues, as well as trauma rehabilitation. I will work with any breed, but pit bulls and bully breeds have my heart.
Boarding and train
I work with special cases and fo those I do prefer board and train programs so I can work wirh then 24-7.
Socialization for insocialized dogs
Some dogs seem aggressive if poorly socialised. I am equipped to deal woth that, and legitimate aggression as well. Rehabbing trauma is also something I do.
