I don't think I could recommend Benz Transportation enough! The driver has always gone above and beyond for my family and that's what makes his services 5 stars! I am a stickler for cleanliness and when it comes to Benz Transportation, its always clean! I appreciate his promptness and reliability! Since the very first time I contacted Benz Transportation the owner had been professional, courteous, patient and flexible. I contacted him months before my family and I were to travel with a promise to reach out when we made a decision. When I contacted him to confirm the arrangements, he remembered me and we had a laugh over a previous conversation that we had. Setting up the reservation and payment method was easy. He was flexible with my group as we had to make time changes before and after we arrived back from our trip. When he arrived to pick us all up, he was dressed professional in black and white attire. He provided us a safe and smooth ride both going and coming. The van was very spacious, and with 8 people traveling we had a lot of luggage and he accommodated everything, even provided complimentary beverages (water) for our trip, the van was also equipped with soothing lighting and a TV in case you wanted to watch something on your journey. This was my first time using this service. I needed an emergency ride to the airport for my mother because my car needed to go into the shop for unexpected maintenance.
