Bella‘s Beautiful Homes team cleaned my house today. They were very professional, efficient and spectacular. They made my home shine. I had been sick for several months and unable to really do much cleaning. They were able to remove all of the buildup of soap scum in the bathroom and make my fixtures shine. They Scrubbed my 40-year-old spaghetti pot and it looks like brand new. My stainless steel kitchen sink and refrigerator are spotless. I look forward to working with them for years to come. I reached out for a quote on biweekly cleaning and was surprised by both the pricing and the interaction. I was initially told the first cleaning would "start at $250," but after providing my home's square footage (2,444 sq ft), the estimate jumped to $700-$900 for an initial clean with 3 cleaners. For context, my home is well-maintained and not in need of a heavy deep clean. I've had professional cleaning services for over 15 years, including in-person quotes, and have never been quoted anywhere near this range for a home in similar condition. What didn't sit right with me was the tone when I mentioned receiving a lower quote elsewhere. Instead of simply standing by their pricing, the response implied that lower-priced services aren't as thorough and that you "get what you pay for." That felt unnecessary and dismissive. I completely understand that every company sets their own rates and standards, but transparency and professionalism in communication matter just as much as pricing. This just wasn't the right fit for me. I definitely would not book this company. UPDATE: Instead of the owner responding to my review public which clearly isn't about just her rate, she's in my inbox privately saying I have no right to leave a review regarding my experience trying to book this company. This time she's trying to insult me saying I "can't afford" her ripping me off, & guess what she's absolutely correct. I have a 2 story very small 2444 sq feet home with 2 occupants secondly my home has been getting cleaned professionally bi-weekly since the purchase 4 years ago in no way in 8 hours needed to clean my home- Which she agreed initially after learning somewhat the condition of my home. My cleaning lady retired was just looking for someone new. I've used Molly Maids over 10 years prior to moving here & I have no complaints- I just wanted someone available on a sooner date. Maybe she needs help with her kids and mortgage but the customers shouldn't pay extra- Try actually asking the condition of the homes before quoting outrageously and degrading other people along the way. Strong cleaning work from the team, but confusing pricing, upselling, and billing practices from the owner This cleaning took place a couple of years ago. I hadn't planned to leave a review at the time, but I'm choosing to share my experience now after a recent interaction that reflected the same communication issues I experienced during the original service. The recent interaction occurred through Yelp's project quote request feature, which sends requests broadly. I did not reach out to this company directly. When I later asked for the quote to be declined, the response felt unnecessarily abrupt, which prompted me to reflect back on my original experience. The cleaning itself was very well done. Jodi arrived with two other cleaners from her team, and the two team members handled the majority of the house. Jodi herself focused on the master bedroom and master bathroom. I have a ~2,100 sq ft home, and I intentionally excluded two rooms (a home office and guest room) from the cleaning, which was agreed upon in advance. For the areas that were included, the finished result looked great, and I was happy with almost everything from a cleaning standpoint. Unfortunately, the communication and billing practices from the owner made the experience frustrating. Although I disclosed ahead of time that I have pets and understood there would be a $50 pet fee, that charge was applied twice, once to the base cleaning and again to an add-on, resulting in an additional $50 charge that was not clearly explained beforehand. Prior to the appointment, pricing shifted multiple times with add-ons and conditions that were not clearly outlined. During the walkthrough, I was asked to upgrade my bathroom to a "deep clean," which I believed I had already booked as part of the initial service. I was also offered mold-related add-ons for two very small specks in the bathtub grout, which felt unnecessary. One item was accidentally broken during the cleaning and appeared to be placed back without mention. While accidents happen, transparency would have been appreciated. After the service, I was pressured to schedule ongoing maintenance cleanings and informed that my initial service had been discounted with the assumption that I would continue regular cleanings. This was never agreed to, and it felt misleading and guilt-driven rather than professional. Overall, the cleaning team did solid work and the home looked great. However, the upselling during the appointment, unclear billing, and pressure-based follow-up communication from the owner took away from what could have been a much better experience. We are beyond pleased how Bella Beautiful Homes cleaned our commercial business. We had a refrigeration man come in and worked on the refrigerators and said he has never seen commercial refrigerators as clean as ours. My husband hired Jodie and her team as a birthday present. She messages 3 hours in, that our house was more dirty than the average. No surprise there since we have 3 kids, 1 dog, 1 cat. A daycare and my husband sometimes leaves for 2 weeks at a time. All I wanted was to come home to a clean house, since I do most of the cleaning by myself. She stayed an extra hour which she charged heavily. 4 hours. 3 adults. Almost $800 . When I tell you how underwhelmed and disappointed I was. The kitchen appliances were not cleaned. What inspired you to start your own business?
When Covid hit I was doing it as a side gig while I also did property management. With the world so concerned with sanitation and cleanliness, I saw an opportunity to specialize in something that could become big. So I started doing research, tested and tried every product, every technique until I found what works great in the least amount of time. Took me 2 years to come up with the technique and knowledge I have now, I stand proud knowing I can tackle almost any job with confidence that I know what I’m doing, and that’s priceless.

Not only am I educated, trained, and self taught, but I bring the security of knowing I run my business with ethics and integrity. I’m licensed, insured and bonded. I do background checks on all the cleaners I hire, along with checking references and they all get trained by me for the first 60 days so we all have the same technique and skills when we clean a clients home. I offer a satisfaction guarentee so if the customer is not happy for some reason, I will make it right so they are satisfied. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
From the start I sanitize all my equipment multiple times daily, deep clean my vacuums nightly, bleach my mops, sanitize all our rags, and all the girls wear gloves. We used to wear masks back when Covid was bad, but that’s not the case now. If any of my employees are sick, they do not come to work.

House Cleaning-Standard
Your regular everyday type of cleaning to maintain your home. Dusting, sanitizing counters, surfaces, bathroom cleaning, kitchen, floors. Does not include cleaning of blinds/ceiling fans, baseboards or windows. These can be added on for a fee
Deep Clean
A very thorough cleaning thats cleans all tge areas you dont do regularly like doors, windows, baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, vent covers, light/outlet covers, etc. Removes calcium/lyme/scum in bathrooms, grease from stove top, cabinets wiped down good, everything on counters wiped off and counters cleaned, appliances, sinks, floors, home is literally transformed. Made for homes that are not cleaned regularily.
Move out clean
For empty homes that are being moved out of or in to. Includes everything our standard clean does plus inside windows, inside fridge, inside all drawers/cabinets are vacuumed out then wiped out, baseboards/doors/blinds/fans are all dusted. To wash any of them is an upgrade. Vent covers, AC return, grease filters under hood degreased, spider webs removed, floors cleaned.
Recurring Services
After an initial Deep Clean is performed in the areas you want done, we then come back biweekly or monthly to keep those areas looking fabulous by cleaning them thoroughly each time we come. The recurring services are also discounted for the client.
