I love to see the light in a client's eye when they realize they know enough to succeed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent over 20 years providing Executive Level Consulting to Fortune 500 Companies. After years of working on the same issues with the same types of people I decided to find a way to provide those services at a price and in a manner that would allow small business, Governmental and non-profit leaders to benefit from the same knowledge transfer.

Clients must be selective about those they choose as their advisors. Among the critical factors in these kinds of decisions is the Ethics of the Advisor. We follow the Ethics required by our membership in the International Coaching Federation.
Our decades of professional experience in Leadership, Teamwork and Communication can inform a broad spectrum of organizations. We continually research new trends and tools that help us in our primary mission, to help clients improve the bottom line by teaching skills to our clients.
Other key offerings include Organizational Wellness Audits, Meeting Facilitation services as well as Professional Speaking to audiences large and small. We base our Organizational Wellness Audits are based on customized 360 degree surveys that can provide valuable insights into the health of the organizations they lead.

We provide both in person and remote services. The majority of our clients choose to receive our services through online interaction. When circumstances require we travel for engagements.
