Nohemi / BA House Cleaning has performed both initial cleaning and regular maintenance cleaning of our Oakland condo. She is very thorough and cleans to what I'd describe as a hotel hospitality standard, right down to the folding of toilet paper and the creation of towel animals. I think it's important to mention that we are returning customers of BAHC due to their consistency in professionalism and cleaning quality after a short pause due to a recent move. We live in a rural area with dogs so even with my best attempts at keeping this place spotless, I still need help from time to time. For our return, Top to Bottom service we had NohemÃ, Karla & Angelica! They are just dolls and did an absolutely fabulous job. We clean regularly but I will never be able to get my house this clean on my own. Let's just say I was eager to invite my Mother In Law over immediately after as I was that impressed with their work. Way overpriced. $100 per hour per person!?! Grime in the bathroom on the countertop and grime in the kitchen on the outside of the refrigerator and they had no ladder to get to the top shelves in the kitchen. Kitchen cabinets and knobs were not wiped down on the outside. Several windowsills are dusty. We have a move out cleaning scheduled with you which we are planning on canceling.
