Highly recommend, our dog was uneasy around new people sometimes snapped at them (45lb German Shepard) and when Armando came in he immediately focused on her and gains her trust in 30 min he definitely knows what he is talking about we saw results in our first session! Having Armando help us with our new puppy was paramount! He assisted us in getting the learning curve quicker, and with more detail than we could have ever done. Our PUPPY (yes energetic husky) will wait in place when someone comes to the door or enters our home. She waits for the person or people to greet her and she is very well behaved. My husband and I have had such a great experience working with Armando. Our rescue,Leila had been traumatized by neglect as a puppy. She started out timid and afraid of men, she also needed to be socialized to do well with cats as we have a kitten at home. Armando is incredible with our dogs. My house nicknamed him the dog whisperer. He makes training fun with the kids and the dogs act like angels. I see the improvements in only 2 sessions. Puppy Training
Our Puppy Training program consist of 3 phases:
1. Desensitize your dog about not being reactive while you touch his/her ears, nails, teeth, etc.
2. Potty Training Tips and Schedule
3. Basic Obedience + No Jumping, Nipping or Barking
Basic Obedience
Our Basic Obedience program includes 9 commands.
Come, Sit, Down, Place, Heel, Look at Me, Break, Drop it, Leave it.
We also teach your dog Door Manners with the use of the Place and Break commands. Your dog will learn to go to his/her "Place" while you open the door and greet your guests, your dog will then be released once you say the "Break" command.
Crate training and Leash Walking without pulling are also included.
Advanced Obedience
Our advanced obedience program is designed to teach you how to control your dog in all situations through "The Art Of Attention".
12 commands total, including consistent short and long distance recall
Behavior Modification
Our Behavior Modification program includes our Basic Obedience program + the removal of unwanted behaviors such as:
Fear aggression, Aggression towards humans or other dogs.
Jumping, Nipping, Leash pulling.
Resource Guarding, Counter Surfing, and others.
